Well - it depends where webglimpse is actually installed on your system.
Try opening the URL's where you think it is directly in the browser; when
you hit it you should get a page starting with "Glimpse Gateway"
If you can't find it, maybe you only have Glimpse installed? By itself,
Glimpse doesn't have a cgi interface. You can get current versions of both
Webglimpse and Glimpse at http://webglimpse.net/download.html
