Cannot open archive.cfg file error ...

I keep getting this error when I try to search, I'm sure it's a
configuration problem, I just can't seem to find it. I can find the
file, and open it when in a telnet session.
I have installed Webglimpse on a Cobalt Qube 2 which comes pre installed
with glimpse. I ran confarc on a subdirectory to test it and all the
files were generated. I decided to try Webglimpse when I couldn't get
Glimpse to work from an http page. I am using the webglimpse script that
came with the Webglimpse distribution (I changed the name to
webglimpse.cgi). I'm new to Perl and cgi so I'm trying to figure out
what the scripts are doing so I can modify them later if want. Any help
would be appreciated.
