Hi, I don’t have a
commercial release but I am testing the software to see if it is compatible
with our directory architecture. We are definitely planning on buying the
license. I am running
webglimpse 1.7.11 and glimpse 4.12.6. I have a directory I would to index for
Webglimpse. The indexing works well using glimpseindex –h –H . –o . from the
directory to index. The problem occurs if I try to use the confarc from
webglimpse to create the archive. It seems to be indexing ( goes through the
files ) but at the end it says: ... --------------- Size of files being
indexed = 93065627 B, Total #of files = 14035 Segmentation Fault
- core dumped hash_misses=0
num_input_filenames=0 --------------- Do you know what
could be? Also, is there a
way to “import” the index done by glimpseindex into one that is readable by
webglimpse? What I try to do is to build the index using glimpse and then I run
confarc to create the archive.cfg but I not create the archive itselft but it
doesn’t work. It tells me the index cannot be found. My official question
is: Is there a way to index a directory once for both glimpse and webglimpse. Thank you for your
help. Yannick |
