Limit of 10,000 files?

Hello,

I have not been subscribed to this list for long, so pardon me if this is a common already-answered question.

I have been using Glimpse 4.1 for several years now, with no real problems. However, now that my site has grown past 10,000 files my indexes are not building properly. There is no error message, but ".glimpse_tmpi2" is sitting there and ".glimpse_partitions" is nowhere to be found.

I found a "DEF_ALL_INDEX" parameter in glimpse.h in the source code, but upping it to a larger number didn't help.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a good place to look for this kind of information? I was hoping for a list-archive or something, but I don't see it.
