Problem with webglimpse

I have a problem. I have installed webglimpse and all seems to work
fine.
I run  confarc and a typical output is:
Indexing "/www/cse/csedocs/How to  load dns .htm
http://www.nuigalway.ie/cse/csedocs/How to load dns.htm"
 which look ok.
However, when I try to search the index using wgindex.html, the search
returns the correct files BUT, then you examine the url of the file, it
is incorrect.. i.e.it has the form
http://www.nuigalway.ie/cgi-bin/webglimpse/usr/users/www/htdocs/cse/How

there seems to be 2 problems with it.
1) the url is incorrect.. it has the "cgi-bin/webglimpse" in it when it
shouldn't
2) only the first work of the file name is in the url

Any ideas ????
