Had this Problem for myself. Solution is: When running confarc, you answer
the question "Now enter the full path to the directory to be indexed.." with the
url which points to the document root of the files you want to index, i.e.
https://yourserver.de/ and NOT with a local path like /usr/local/apache....
Then you will have https:// links instead of http:// links in your results list.
