One more

Hello again. I need an explanation, please. I have a text file database of
business names, addresses, etc. There are many of them, 41 in Westchester
County. Each town in the county has ONE file in its directory. By way of
example, click on this link:

http://www.neighborhoodusa.com/search/ny/westchester/search.html

Now, search for web AND design, leave Partial unchecked and press enter or
click Submit.

Let's look at the first town listed - ardsley, and its file, called CONTENTS

It appears that, because these four listings are in the same file, and
because ONE contains both search terms, and all four contain at least ONE
search term, that all appear. Is this right? Each record appears on only one
line in the file (they are formatted with <br> to appear more readable). I
thought that an AND search meant that BOTH search terms had to appear in the
record, not just in ONE record in a file. There should be only ONE listing
shown in ardsley, because only one has both search terms in the record.

I need to change this to make it more accurate. Can anyone help?

Thanks for this one too.
