Stop-list?

I'm using glimpse to search through a bunch of like text files, I keep
running into these messages "your search could search X% of the total
size!".. Is there any way to avoid that? I'm using -B to index my files,
I've tried -S <huge number> but no matter what I put, it doesn't seem to
help. I basically need to eliminate the stop-list because as I said, these
files are made up of a lot of the same words.. I know when using a medium
index you can't eliminate the stop-list all together -- still I have to do
something because the interactive questions are breaking my scripts that I
use to interact with glimpse..

It has been asked of me, "If the files are made up of the same words, why
index!?" and there are enough different words in the to make it worth it,
it's just some words may appear in most of the text files. I still need to
be able to search them though!
