Hmm..the quickest solution I could think of would be to run a quick search
& replace script on wgall.html, since you can change the visible links
without affecting the behaviour of the form.  Something like

perl -pi.bak -e 's/(OPTION[^>]+>)\/your\/archive\/path/$1/g' wgall.html

should do it.

Well - what logical way of limiting them would you suggest?  If you use
.wgfilter-index, at least you can use regular expressions to limit which
directories are included.  Using regexps, you can do things like not
include subdirectories more than x levels deep, if that is what you'd like.
