customizable rankhits module ready for alpha-testing

Hello all, and Happy New Year!

If anyone would like to try it out, there is now a module for ranking hits
by a user-defined formula. Its in the new release at

	http://webglimpse.net/allusers/webglimpse-1.7.8.tar.gz

Just install as usual using ./wginstall, configure an archive using confarc
and agree to replace all distribution files, and then modify the file

	.wgrankhits.cfg

that should get copied to your archive directory. You can put any perl
code in there, using a few available variables concerning the search
results. Your perl code will get evaluated for each matching file and they
will be ranked accordingly. We recommend simple formulas to start with...

Of course, you should make sure .wgrankhits.cfg is writable only by you,
because it contains executable code. We'll put more warnings in the public
release about this.

Note, this module is probably going to be a commercial & contributing
developer-only type animal, but anyone who tries it within the next 2 weeks
is welcome to keep a copy!

Have a safe & happy evening, everyone :)
