webglimpse.net, some new tools

Hi Webglimpse folks

Udi asked me to reorganize the University of Arizona glimpse page a while
back, it is finally done and the result is at http://webglimpse.net.  Any
comments, suggestions, etc on the usefulness of this new site are welcome.

Also, we now have Bugzilla installed for easier tracking of bug reports,
enhancements, etc.  Its at http://webglimpse.net/bugzilla , with an updated
list of most of the bugs I'm aware of.  For now I just assigned them all to
me, but it would be great if anyone wants to adopt one ;-)

Finally, you can poke into the cvs source tree for both Glimpse and
Webglimpse at http://webglimpse.net/cgi-bin/webglimpse/cvsweb , and we also
have cvs pserver running for people who want to check in their changes
directly.  Just let me know if you want remote checkin privileges, I can
set them up.  Thanks to Morey Hubin for helping me get this running!

That's it for now, as usual just remind me if you have outstanding problems
that need attention!  (Or fixes you contributed that were sadly
neglected...just get direct cvs access and no more bottleneck 8-)
