Harry,  it looks like you are using the wgindex.html from the original
distribution and not the one that confarc put in your archive directory.
Make sure you run confarc to create an archive, and that you follow all the
steps in http://webglimpse.net/gettingstarted.html and
http://webglimpse.net/docs/confarc.html.  

If you still have problems, please e-mail me separately and I will see if I
can help.  I think at this point it may not be of general interest to all
the lists.
