Hmm. glimpse indexes words with German umlaut characters just fine on
our server, which indicates that it uses the locale correctly. If it
did not, then queries with umlaut characters would not work either (I
tested that). By this line of reasoning, it should work for Hebrew -
provided that the locales are set up properly.
