Taxonomy context
This module utilizes the core taxonomy module to create a hierarchical menu tree for each vocabulary. The menus are created as an independent block which can be displayed contextually or display can be controlled through standard block controls. This module also displays the term description for the the term list pages as well.
This module also allows you to add taxonomy based breadcrumbs to node pages.
Taxonomy Context will be ported to Drupal 6 in the upcoming months.

Taxonomy (114)
The nodeorder module gives users an easy way to order nodes within their taxonomy terms.
By default, the taxonomy module orders listings of nodes by stickiness and then by node creation date -- most recently posted nodes come first.
There are two ways that a user can order nodes within a category. The first is to use the "move up" and "move down" links that can be configured to appear on each node (especially useful when looking at lists of taxonomy terms). The second is to use drag and drop, which appears on the administrative listings of nodes in a category.
This is a quick little module to allow you to selectively apply nofollow to menu items and taxonomy terms to allow 'sculpting' of pagerank - effectively allowing you to focus search engines' attention on particular areas of your website by controlling the flow of link juice around your website.

This module allows adding menu entries for taxonomy terms when adding or editing the terms (in the same way that they can be when adding/editing nodes). This is available to anyone with administer taxonomy and administer menu permissions.

Node queue provides smartqueues, which are associated with external data. For example, the taxonomy smartqueue creates subqueues for a given queue for every term in the chosen vocabulary. Nodes are then only eligible for subqueues whose term matches the nodes terms. This makes it very easy to have queues for each category without cluttering the management page.

However, it is well suited to manage content in any language on websites focused on taxonomy, terminology and the creation of language tools like a dictionary, a glossary or lexicon.

This module uses the Views Argument API to allow you to use one view to generate many different blocks. You create a new view, specifying some arguments (a default one is provided, with a Taxonomy: Term ID argument). Then add some new views_multiblock blocks to your site and in the block configuration page, you use the accompanying form (generated via the Views Argument API) to specify the arguments to pass to the view.
Since this module uses the Views Argument API to deal with the view arguments, you have the option of doing a number of creative things, such as having your block switch which nodes are shown based on the taxonomy of the current node, based on the current user and more.
Allows users to select taxonomy terms from vocabularies as 'interests'. Each time they visit a node with that taxonomy term applied to it the interest level bumps up one, or creates a new interest for them. Interests can be added/removed manually on an administration/user level or by the user itself.
It's goals are to be simple, sometimes over-simplistic, have dependencies only on core - currently taxonomy and upload.
