Year 2000 (Y2K) Compliance Statement

Glimpse and Webglimpse do not internally use any 2-digit year, and so are not
expected to cause any Y2K problems.  

Unix commands are used to determine and sort by the date, including
the c library routines stat, lstat & fstat and the system command sort.  

Glimpse and Webglimpse are compliant in that they are not expected to 
cause any Y2K problems on a system otherwise free of such problems.   
If the operating system has Y2K errors, of course Webglimpse 
and Glimpse may also be affected.

Internet WorkShop makes the above statement only for commercially licensed copies of
Webglimpse 1.6 and above, and Glimpse 4.1 and above, that we have distributed
from our website, http://webglimpse.net.  

We don't think that any version of Glimpse or Webglimpse will cause
a problem, but in order to limit potential spurious lawsuits, we only 
offer this compliance statement for code we have licensed and distributed.
